This policy applies to personal data collected through our website at rungfina.live, through our programme registration process, and through any correspondence with us.

- Programme registration: name, email address, phone number, and details about which programme you are joining
- Email correspondence: any personal data included in emails you send to us

We do not collect sensitive personal data such as financial account information, passport numbers, or health data.
4. Legal basis for processing
We process your personal data under the following legal bases, in accordance with Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA):
- Consent: where you have provided your information via the contact form or programme registration
- Contract performance: where we need your data to deliver the programme you have enrolled in
- Legitimate interests: to respond to enquiries and improve our service

We do not use your data for unsolicited marketing. We do not sell or rent your data to any third party. We do not use your data to promote financial products.
6. Data retention
We retain contact enquiry data for twelve months from the date of submission. Programme participant records are retained for three years after the completion of the programme, for administrative and quality review purposes. You may request earlier deletion at any time (see Section 8).
7. Third-party services
We may use the following third-party services which may receive limited technical data about site visits:
- Google Analytics — anonymised website usage statistics
- Email hosting service — for programme correspondence
We do not share personal data with these services beyond what is technically necessary. We do not provide personal data to advertising networks.

9. Your rights
Under Thailand's PDPA, you have the following rights in relation to your personal data:
- Right to access: to request a copy of the personal data we hold about you

- Right to erasure: to request deletion of your data, subject to legal retention obligations
- Right to withdraw consent: at any time, without affecting lawfulness of prior processing
- Right to data portability: to receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format
- Right to object: to processing based on legitimate interests
- Right to lodge a complaint: with Thailand's Personal Data Protection Committee

10. Data security
We use password-protected systems for storing participant data and limit access to the immediate team. Data is not stored on publicly accessible drives. In the event of a data breach affecting your rights, we will notify you and the relevant authority as required by the PDPA.

Our website may contain links to external websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites and encourage you to read their policies separately.
12. Children's privacy
Our programmes are intended for adults aged 40 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under the age of 18. If you believe we have received data from a minor, please contact us immediately so we can delete it.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or applicable law. The updated version will always be available at rungfina.live/privacy-policy.html with a revised "Last updated" date at the top.
