1. About these terms

These terms set out the conditions under which Rung Finance provides educational programmes and related services. By registering for a programme or using our website, you agree to these terms.

2. Who we are

Rung Finance operates as a financial education provider based in Chiang Mai, Thailand.

3. Nature of our services

Rung Finance provides financial education only. Our programmes are designed to improve understanding of personal finance concepts, Thai banking structures, and retirement planning considerations.

We do not provide financial advice, investment recommendations, or regulated financial services of any kind. We are not licensed financial advisors. Nothing communicated during our programmes, in writing, or verbally, constitutes financial advice or should be acted upon as such without consulting a licensed professional.

We will always direct participants to seek a licensed financial advisor before making any significant financial decision.

4. Programme registration

A place on a programme is confirmed once you have received written confirmation from us. Submission of a contact form does not constitute registration.

We reserve the right to decline a registration if we consider a particular programme unsuitable for an applicant's stated circumstances, and will explain our reasoning and suggest an alternative where possible.

Minimum age for programme participation is 18 years. Our programmes are designed for adults aged 40 and above.

5. Fees and payment

Programme fees are as published on our website at the time of registration. Current fees are:

• Preparing the First Field — ฿4,300
• Building the Terraces — ฿7,200
• The Full Harvest Programme — ฿9,900

Fees are stated in Thai Baht (THB) and include any applicable taxes. Payment details will be confirmed at the time of registration.

We will notify you in advance of any change to programme fees for future cohorts.

6. Cancellation and refunds

We understand that circumstances can change. Our cancellation terms are as follows:

• Cancellation more than 14 days before the programme start date: full refund
• Cancellation 7–14 days before: 50% refund
• Cancellation fewer than 7 days before: no refund, but you may transfer your place to a future cohort of the same programme at no extra cost

If we cancel or significantly reschedule a programme, you will receive a full refund or the option to join a future cohort.

7. Programme materials

Printed guides, workbooks, and planning notebooks provided as part of a programme are for your personal use only. They may not be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes.

Where programmes include recorded sessions, access to those recordings is personal to the registered participant and should not be shared.

8. Participant conduct

Our programmes take place in small, supportive groups. We ask all participants to treat fellow participants and facilitators with respect.

We reserve the right to ask a participant to leave a programme if their conduct is disruptive or distressing to others. In such cases, fees will not be refunded.

9. Limitation of liability

Rung Finance provides educational content in good faith and takes care in the accuracy of what we teach. However, financial circumstances vary between individuals, and general educational content may not apply to your specific situation.

We are not liable for any financial decisions made on the basis of our educational content. We strongly encourage all participants to consult a licensed financial advisor before making significant financial changes.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable Thai law.

10. Website use

Our website is provided for information purposes. We take reasonable care to keep content accurate and up to date, but make no warranty that all information is complete or current.

You may not copy, reproduce, or use content from our website for commercial purposes without our written permission.

11. Privacy

How we handle your personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy. By registering for a programme, you confirm that you have read and understood it.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be available at rungfina.live/terms-conditions.html. Continued use of our services after any change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Chiang Mai, Thailand.
